This Privacy Policy explains how Tagr (“we” or “us” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or process your information when you (“user” or “you”) visit our web page and use our mobile application Tagr (the “Application”) and its related services (the “Services”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected in connection with your access to and use of our Services. By continuing to interact with our Services, you are consenting to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.


- For login to the Tagr web page and Application: email address, name and surname.

- For payment purposes and to process your order: we collect information about the transaction which may include personal data. Information about transaction includes the payment card used, name associated with the payment card, the location of the store, date and time of the transaction, transaction amount, Customers’ physical address, where needed for delivery of goods or services and information about the goods or services purchased in the transaction.

- Marketing: we collect customer's marketing preferences, such as whether the customer wishes to receive marketing communications or newsletters.


We use your data to help you log in to your account, verify who you are, secure your data.

 We collect and use your information to provide our services and the functionality of our application and to access your POS data.

We may also use personal data for related internal purposes, including:

  • To provide information about the application, such as important updates or changes to the application and security alerts
  • To measure performance of and improve the application
  • To respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests for customer support

In addition, Company may use personal data as we believe necessary or appropriate to (a) comply with applicable laws and lawful requests and legal processes, such as to respond to subpoenas or requests from government authorities; (b) enforce the terms and conditions that govern our application; (c) protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of you or others; and (d) protect, investigate and deter against fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical or illegal activity.

  • For example, we may share your information internally to understand how you engage with SES-Imagotag Inc company products to help make our Services better for you and for everyone, and to help us build Services tailored to your preferences.

At Tagr, we use partners such as Shopify and Recharge to process payment and manage regular Invoicing of your subscription to Tagr. To allow them to provide such services, we may share your personal Information such as your name, surname, billing address and email address.

The platform on which our application runs, the Clover POS may also have access to your personal data. You may view Clover’s Privacy Notice here.

Company may sell or transfer some or all of its business or assets, including your personal data, in connection with a business transaction (or potential business transaction) such as a merger, consolidation, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy, in which case we will make reasonable efforts to require the recipient to honor this Privacy Policy.

We keep your information as long as you have subscribed to SES imagotag Inc’s Solution and as long you keep using our Application and related Services.

We also keep your information as long as reasonably necessary to provide you the Services or to comply with applicable law and in case of a governmental request.

You can access, change or fix information you gave us, ask us to deactivate your account by opting out.

You may access, change, or correct information that you have provided by logging on the Application at any time or by making a request to us using the contact details below. We will need to verify your identity before granting access or otherwise changing or correcting your information.


We take reasonable measures, including administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, to protect your information from loss, theft, and misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Authentication is handled with OAuth 2.0 and we use a SSL encrypted communication with all first and third-party services.

Nevertheless, the internet is not a 100% secure environment, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of the transmission or storage of your information. We hold information about you both at our own premises.


We operate in the United States, and we process and store your information in the United States.


We do not collect any cookie on the web page or on the Application.


We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version and updating the date above. The revised version will be effective on the date mentioned above, at the beginning of this privacy Policy. If you keep using our Services, you consent to any amendment of this Privacy Policy.

Right to information, access and deletion

You can request to exercise your information, access and deletion rights in the following ways:



Identity verification. The CCPA requires us to verify the identity of the individual submitting the request before providing a substantive response to the request. We do not sell, as defined under CCPA, your Personal Information to third parties.


In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information.
