Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your tagr discovery kit, please fill in the return form within 30 calendar days from delivery.

Once you validate the return form, you have 15 calendar days to send back the tagr discovery kit.

Please note that if you don’t process the return within this timeframe, you will be charged for the full price of the tagr discovery kit - $548

All items included in the discovery kit you are returning must be in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

Please note that we reserve the right to invoice you total or part of the amount of the tagr discovery kit if it is returned damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the tagr discovery kit and shipping costs are non-refundable.
